ARTICHOKE HEARTS WITH PEAS

Ingredients You'll Need
1 large onion
1 can artichoke hearts,
drained
1 can small peas (partly
drained)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion in oil until soft. Add artichoke and peas
and parsley. Saute for 5 minutes. May be served as a side
dish.
