THIS WAS A TRADITIONAL FAMILY WEEKLY DINNER IN OUR HOME...ONE OF MY GRANDMA'S FAVORITES!!
I MAKE IT OFTEN...AND ANYONE WHO HAS TRIED IT..LOVES IT!

Ingredients You'll Need
(FAMILY STYLE)
1 LARGE PACKAGE CHICKEN BREASTS (CUT IN 1/2)
1 LARGE PACKAGE CHICKEN THIGHS
1 LARGE PACKAGE DRUMSTICKS
1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL FOR EACH PAN
4 GARLIC CLOVES (SMASHED & DICED)
2 CUPS REAL LEMON - LEMON JUICE
1 LARGE SPRIG OF ITALIAN FRESH PARSLEY
2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
GARLIC POWDER
GARLIC SALT
BLACK PEPPER
Directions
I USE ALUMINUM PANS..IT'S MUCH EASIER CLEAN UP :)
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400*
ADD OLIVE OIL, & CHICKEN TO THE PAN
ADD BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER & GARLIC SALT ON BOTH SIDES
COOK CHICKEN NICE & CRISPY ON BOTH SIDES...
APPOXIMATELY 45 MIN
DECREASE OVEN TO 275-300*
TAKE OUT OF OVEN & DRAIN MOST OF THE LIQUID
I USE A LARGE MEASURING CUP TO ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
DICED GARLIC, PARSLEY, LEMON JUICE & CHICKEN BROTH
ADD TO EACH TRAY
COVER WITH TIN FOIL & BAKE AT 275-300* FOR 45 MINUTES
TO SERVE - PLATE CHICKEN ON PLATTER, SOME JUICE & FRESH PARSLEY SPRINKLED
THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF JUICE TO DIP YOUR ITALIAN BREAD!
A NICE SPRING MIX SALAD GOES WELL TOO!
