Ingredients You'll Need

4 oz wide egg noodles
2 tbsp, 1 tsp butter
1 medium onion
2 ribs celery, finely diced
2 1/2 tbsp flour
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
10 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp grainy mustard
3/4 cup frozen peas
6 oz grated cheddar
1 12 oz can tuna
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped dill
1/4 cup green olives
Topping (see below)


Cook noodles as directed, drain and set aside

In a medium pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery. Sautee 4 minutes until soft. Add flour and cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes - be careful not to brown. Add bay leaf, mustard, milk and whipping cream. Bring to a boil while whipping. Add worcestershire, salt, pepper and hot pepper and simmer 2 minutes. Add grainy mustard, peas, cheese and remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350*. Toss noodles with tuna. Add lemon, dill, olives and sauce. Place in a 9x9 or 11x7 pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake 25-30 minutes until hot
