Coffee Bean Vodka:
Place 16 whole coffee or espresso beans on a piece of 100% cotton cheesecloth and tie into a bundle with clean 100% cotton string.
Gently crush a few beans by tapping lightly with a rolling pin.
Pour one 750 ml bottle of vodka into a plastic freezer container; insert the bundle into the vodka.
Cover; store in the freezer for at least four days or up to two weeks.
To keep the vodka chilled longer, remove the coffee bean bundle.
