Directions
Cook 2 packages frozen spinach in microwave, drain
Saute 1/2 chopped onion in butter on low heat
Add ingredients in order, continue to cook over low heat - mix well after each addition
1 Can chopped artichokes
spinach
cream cheese
sour cream
parmesan
monteray jack
pepper to taste
serve hot with taco chips
