Why I Love This Recipe

I was an over the road truck driver.I had picked up my sister-in-law and she was riding with me for a week. We saw a seafood resturant , on I-65 south in Alabama, and so we found a place to park. We went in and the food was terrific but the pie was to kill for.I ask the waitress if she could give me the recipe, and she said since we weren't from around there she would let me have it, if I would put out the word about their seafood and the great prices. I tolds her I would and she gave me the recipe.
