Why I Love This Recipe
This is a recipe my mom came up with one day on the fly. It's extremely quick, but yummy on a cold winter night! It's also great to take to sick neighbors or new mom's, as it's easily frozen.
Ingredients You'll Need
12 oz of wide egg noodles (I use No Yolks)
1/2 of a kielbasa sausage, sliced into coins
1 can of corn, drained
1 jar of alfredo sauce
Breadcrumbs/Cornflake Crumbs (if desired)
Pre-heat oven to 350. While oven is heating, cook pasta according to package. Drain. Place pasta in a deep baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix in kielbasa, corn and alfredo sauce. Sprinkle the top with either breadcrumbs or cornflake crumbs if desired. Bake for 30 minutes.
