Ingredients You'll Need

2 medium potatoes
2 cups flour
1 bowl curd (plain yogurt)
2 onions
2 chilies
sunflower oil
salt to taste


Directions

Make a mesh of potato with onion and chilies
Form your parathas (layers of cooked dough) by dusting your counter or cutting board with flour and evenly spreading out the potato mixture. Dust with more flour to allow you to roll out the "dough". Make sure layers are well coated with flour and fry over low flame till it brown in color
Garnish with fruit and curd serve hot to taste better.
