1/2 tube of chorizo cooked on medium heat
1 1/2 cup Sargentos Authentic Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup smoked gouda ( shredded)
2 heaping TBS sour cream
2 -3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper
a few dashes of hot sauce
Chi chis fiesta blend taco seasoning
Directions
start with the chorizo
brown on medium heat
add cheeses stir until melted
add sour cream and cream cheese and milk
add spiced mix and salt and pepper
add a few dashes of hot sauce to taste
stir until everything is melted and enjoy!!
