Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients You'll Need
1-1/2 c quick-cooking oats
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
warm milk
fresh fruit and/or brown sugar (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first eight ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately spoon into bowls; add milk. Top with fresh fruit and/or brown sugar.
