Ingredients You'll Need
2 egg whites
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon flour
¾ cup sugar
½ cup cut dates
1 cup pecan pieces
Directions
Beat whites with salt and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Slowly add sugar.
Sprinkle dates and nuts with flour.
Fold into whites.
Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
