Angel Food Dessert

Ingredients You'll Need
1 (6 oz) pkg of milk chocolate chips
4 T Sugar
3 T Water
4 Beaten egg yolks
4 Stiffly beaten egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cream, whipped
1/4 c sugar
1 angel food cake
Directions
Melt 1 (6 oz) pkg of milk chocolate chips.
Add:
4 T Sugar
3 T Water
4 Beaten egg yolks.
Heat a little longer, then cool. Fold in 4 Stiffly beaten egg whites and 1 cup cream (whipped - which has 1/4 c sugar and 1 tsp vanilla added).
Break 1/2 angel food cake into small pieces. Put into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Cover with 1/2 of the chocolate mixture. Put more cake pieces on top and pour the rest of the mixture on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
