1.5 cups toasted pecans
1.5 cup white sugar
3/8 cup of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
In large saucepan over medium heat, combine pecans, sugar, butter, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla extract
Heat to between 234 and 240 degrees F (or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water and placed on a flat surface.
Drop a spoonful onto prepared baking sheet. Let cool completely.
