2 cans green beans

1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs. butter
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
Directions
Melt butter; add flour, salt, pepper and onion. Cook two minutes; stir and let cool. Add sour cream. Fold into beans. Put into casserole dish and top with cheese melt butter and stir in flakes. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.
