Anysmolke/Anijsmelk/Aniseed milk

Why I Love This Recipe
Aniseed milk is a traditional dutch beverage. Mum used to make it on Saturday evenings or on winterholidays. It was also used as a comfort drink, when someone of us came down with a cold or flu. I never drank it myself for I have an allergy for cow's milk, but I remember loving the smell and being jealous of my siblings when they had it. Mum did try to make it with goat's milk, but that was not acceptable for me. Luckily she agreed with me on that. Only in springtime when there was sheep's milk I could have my kind of "anysmolke"
