I found this recipe for a low calorie bar that is good

Ingredients You'll Need
2 chopped apples
1 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
tbsp vanilla
dash of salt
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp cinummin
2 egg whites
Directions
Mix all dry indgrents toghther, then add chopped apples .
Bake at 350, for 20 minutes, untill lightly brown, dash with sugar, when ton.
