These lovely, scrumptious treats for breakfast, brunch or snacks are simple and take just 20 minutes to bake! Busy Moms and Dads can prepare a fruit filled, healthy lunch box treat that even the pickiest kids will enjoy! Pack them for lunches or take to work for a lunch time dessert or a mid morning pick me up! Enjoy for breakfast or brunch! Loaded with fresh apples and blueberries (Frozen work well! Just toss into the batter and mix!) these are so, so easy to prepare, moist and delicious! 12 Muffins

Ingredients You'll Need

2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/4 Cup Milk
2/3 Cup Cane Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Apples


Heat oven to 375 Degrees.  Grease a 12 muffin  pan or line with cupcake liners and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.  Set aside.
Place cane and brown sugar in a large bowl.  Add milk.  Add egg and mix until smooth.
Stir in melted butter.  Mix well.
Add flour and baking powder.  Beat until smooth.
Peel apples and cut into 1/2″ cubes,
Add to batter with frozen blueberries.
Fill muffin tins right to the top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
