Apple Butter Pound Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was one of many that I gotten my Grandma years ago and was just tucked away. Now I would like to share it with everyone and hope that all will enjoy it.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine(softened)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp.salt
1 c. spiced apple butter
1 tbls. whiskey or bourbon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar
4-5 tsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanillla or bourbon
Directions
Grease 10 in. tube pan or 12 c. bundt pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat sugar, maragine and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, cinammon, and salt alternately with
combined apple butter and bourbon or whiskey and vanilla mixing at low speed.
Spoon batter into pan, spread evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove and cool completely.
To make icing:
Combine powdered sugar, milk, corn syrup and vanilla.
Drizzle over cooled cake.
