Apple Cake
Why I Love This Recipe
This is a cake I made when I needed a German dish for my DS to take to school for international day many years ago. I don't know where I got the recipe, but we do love this cake!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 c apples, peeled, cored, chopped
2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 c walnuts, chopped
2 t cinnamon
2 c flour
1/2 t salt
2 t baking soda
Directions
Mix 1st 6 ingred. until well blended.
Add flour, salt and baking soda.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 1 hr or until done @ 350 degrees.
Let cool before cutting. Keep covered in refrigerator.
