Apple-Cranberry-Raisin Salad

Why I Love This Recipe
Both the adults and kids will enjoy crispy red and green apples and sweet-tart dried cranberries & raisins in a creamy dressing made with pure maple syrup.
COOKS NOTES:
This dressing will keep for up to 2 days in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator.
Toss the dressing with the salad ingredients up to 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients You'll Need
For the dressing:
¼ Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
¼ Teaspoon celery seed
¼ Teaspoon powdered mustard
Dash of sweet paprika, preferably Hungarian
Dash of salt, or to taste
For the salad:
1 Large red apple, cored and cut into ½-inch cubes
1 Large green apple, cored and cut into ½-inch cubes
¼ Cup coarsely chopped walnuts, preferably toasted
¼ Cup dried cranberries
¼ Cup dark raisins
Directions
To make the dressing, whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
To make the salad, toss together all of the salad ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add the dressing and toss again.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
