I came up with this chicken on my own. I was pregnant at the time and craved spicy like foods.
Ingredients You'll Need
Red,Green and Yellow Peppers
Grill the chicken breast thoroughly. Heat oven to 350. Chop tomato in 1/2 inch cubes, chop all onion and peppers as well and top onto the chicken. Top with Cheese. Bake until cheeses are melted. Let stand for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
