Why I Love This Recipe

This is the famous sauce to eat barbecue, especially in Argentina and all over South America. Is the simplest recipe and is so tasty that it will going to complement your barbecues.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 cloves garlic.
40 g parsley.
1 teaspoon pepper.
3 tablespoons of oregano.
1- 2 tablespoons of ground chili.
3 tablespoons of oregano.
1/2 glass of red wine vinegar.
1 glass of neutral corn oil.


Directions

Chop the garlic cloves and the parsley.


Mix all the solid ingredientes in a small bowl (garlic, parsley, pepper, oregano, chili).


Add the corn oil slightly more than the level of the solid ingredients.


Finally, add the vinegar and let the mixture set for at least one day.


Pairs Well With

Roast, barbecue, bread, choripan
