Argentinian Steak with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients You'll Need
1 bunch of fresh parsley
2 bay leaves
1 1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp. sharp paprika
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
pinch of kosher salt
4 8 oz Skirt steaks
Directions
To make the spicy sauce: Place parsley, bay leaves, red pepper flakes, garlic, oregano, vinegar, olive oil and salt, to taste, in a food processor
Pulse until well combined. Put sauce in a glass or plastic container, using as needed. For the best results, cover bowl in plastic wrap and let stand for two hours before using.
To grille steaks: prepare a medium hot fire in the grille, or set broiler to low.
Season steaks with kosher salt. place steaks on the grille and cook to desired doneness, about 4 - 6 minutes on each side. transfer to a serve spicy sauce over each steak. serve immediately.
