1 egg, beaten
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 small onion
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
Melted butter
Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions
Combine egg and garlic salt.
Add onion, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, and cheeses.
Melt butter and add stuffing, spread on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
