Artichoke Bottoms

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans artichoke bottoms
2 potatoes, cubed
1 can green peas
1 onion, quartered
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill
1 lemon
1/2 to 2/3 c. oil
1 c. water
optional:
cubed carrots
Directions
ARTICHOKE BOTTOMS
2 cans artichoke bottoms
2 potatoes, cubed
1 can green peas
1 onion, quartered
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill
1 lemon
1/2 to 2/3 c. oil
1 c. water
Put artichoke bottoms in bottom of large skillet.
Sprinkle with sugar. Place onion in pot between artichoke
bottoms. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Pour on oil and then
water. Put peas and potatoes on top of artichoke bottoms.
Cook slowly until potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle dill on top.
Squeeze lemon juice over all and serve. For color, you can
also add cubed carrots with peas and potatoes.
