Why I Love This Recipe

Whatever your holiday occasion, this appetizer will certainly be everyone’s go-to. It’s loaded with mouthwatering flavors, and pairs perfectly with Blue Diamond Nut Thins. Among other ingredients, it uses artichoke hearts, olive oil, spinach, and gluten-free cream cheese for a healthier take on a traditionally rich recipe. Garnish with ingredients of your choice like dried dill weed or sliced green onion.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 can of artichoke hearts (9 oz.)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 10 oz. bag frozen spinach bite size pieces
1 cup dry white wine
4 oz. softened gluten-free cream cheese
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
Dash of pepper
