Artichoke Hot Dip

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup stuffed green olives. If not stuffed add some pimento
1 can of artichoke hearts rinsed and drained (do not use marinated ones)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. ( use deli grated cheese)
2 tablespoons Panko crumbs
Directions
Oven 350 degrees
1. In food processor combine all ingredients except Panko and rough process
2. Spoon into a Pyrex dish and sprinkle with Panko
3. Bake for 30 minutes
Serve with baguette slices or crackers or sliced red peppers as scoops
