Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is very simple and good.


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup ricotta
1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup pesto
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Mozzarella


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.


2. Mix ricotta, chopped artichoke hearts, and pesto with the grated Parmesan, and salt and pepper. Spread on focaccia and top with mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees F.


Pairs Well With

Cheesy potatos.
