Artichoke Rounds

Why I Love This Recipe
When we were little my parents were always having card parties and my mom always made lots of appetizers and it was hard not to eat them! I would always sneak into the kitchen and try to grab a couple.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box melba rounds
1 can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can substitute other types)
1 tsp. Worchestershire
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place Melba Rounds on baking sheet and place one piece of artichoke heart in the middle.
In a small bowl mix the Hellman's, shredded cheese, worchestershire, salt and pepper then place a small spoonful on top of each artichoke heart.
Place under broiler for just a minute or two-you have to keep an eye on it and it is done once the mayo/cheese mixture starts to bubble and brown-then take them out quickly so they don't burn.
