Artichoke-spinach Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke bottoms, drained and rinsed
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cheese (Cheddar and Swiss combo)
Salt and pepper

ARTICHOKE-SPINACH CASSEROLE
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke
bottoms, drained and rinsed
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
spinach, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cheese (Cheddar and
Swiss combo)
Place artichoke bottoms in a single layer in casserole.
In skillet melt butter and add frozen spinach. Cook over low
heat until spinach is completely thawed and heated through.
Stir in cream cheese and continue cooking until cheese is
thoroughly melted and spoon mixture over artichoke bottoms.
Top with grated cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated
through. Salt and pepper to taste.
