Artichokes in White Wine

This dish can be served hot or cold.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 onions, sliced into rings
1 c. bouillon
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. thyme
3 parsley sprigs
juice from one lemon
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Directions
ARTICHOKES IN WHITE WINE
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
artichokes
2 onions, sliced into rings
1 c. bouillon
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. thyme
3 parsley sprigs
juice from one lemon
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
Combine all ingredients except artichokes and chives in
deep saucepan. Cook slowly, uncovered, for about 1/2 hour or
until liquid is thick. Place artichokes in hot sauce and
garnish with chives. This dish can be served hot or cold.
