Ingredients You'll Need
4 T sweet soy sauce
2 C. hoisin sauce
1 C. oyster sauce
1 C. apple cider vinegar
1/2 C. honey
1/2 C. sweet sherry
4 T. asian chili sauce
1 C. plum sauce
1/2 C. ginger, minced
1/2 C. green oinion, minced
1/2 C. sake
4 T. basil, minced
2 T. sesame oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients, whisk to incorporate.
Half this may be used to marinade the meat before grilling, sauteeing or baking.
