Ingredients You'll Need

Dressing:
1/2 cup cooking oil
6 TBSP Cider vinegar
6 TBSP sweet white rice vinegar
3 TBSP Sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper

Salad:
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 Ramen noodle packets (discard seasoning), broken and cooked for 2 minutes
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced and diced
1 medium cabbage, diced in strips
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds


Directions

Mix salad ingredients together and add dressing at least 3 hours before serving. Do not mix and sit overnight as it will make the salad soggy.
