1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon rice wine or white wine vinegar
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden, Ginger Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden, Cilantro Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
1 cup snow peas, trimmed
2 small asian pears
1 bag mixed greens
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Directions
1-Make dressing: combine soy sauce, rice wine or white wine vinegar, honey, Gourmet Garden Ginger Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-in Paste in a jar with a lid. Add a pinch of black pepper, if desired. Cover; shake to combine.
2-Blanch snow peas in boiling water until they turn bright green, but are still crisp. Rinse in cold water and drain.
3-Slice pear, core and cut into sticks.
4-Combine mixed greens, snow peas, pears and onions in a bowl. Shake dressing; add to salad. Toss together.
