Ingredients You'll Need

Salad Ingredients:
1/4 piece white cabbage, roughly shredded
1 medium carrot, roughly shredded
60 gram bean sprouts
1 medium cucumber, cut into cubes
1/2 piece lettuce, roughly torn
150 gram tofu, steamed
100 gram fried peanut
Yellow crackers or any crackers
For the sauce :
150 gram fried peanut
2 tablespoon tamarind water or you can use vinegar
100 gram brown sugar
2 big red chili
3 red bird’s eye chili
3 garlic
Salt
4-8 tablespoons water (sauce thickness according to your tase)
Palm sugar sauce :
150 gram palm sugar
1/4 cup water


Directions

1. Make the peanut sauce : Blend all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
2. Palm sugar sauce : cook the palm sugar ingredients until thick. Set aside.
3. How to serve : Arrange all vegetable and tofu in a bowl, add the sauce. Sprinkle with fried peanuts and then flush with melted palm sugar sauce. Stir well. Keep in refrigerator for a few minutes for soaking process. Serve chilled with crackers.
