Asparagus with Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms

Why I Love This Recipe
Eric threw this together as a side dish, we had so many fresh chanterelle mushrooms. This is simple and delish.
Ingredients You'll Need
Fresh Asparagus (cleaned)
Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms (cleaned)
3-4 Cloves Garlic
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Pure Italian Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to desired taste
Directions
Steam asparagus until just tender or to desired doneness
Saute garlic in the butter and olive oil for about 1 minute
Add chanterelle mushrooms and saute for approx 5-7 minutes with the garlic
Add salt and pepper to taste
Arrange asparagus on platter
Pour the sauted chanterelle/garlic over the asparagus
Enjoy.
