Ingredients You'll Need

1 lbs. chicken thigh meat cut into small, even pieces
1 each large green pepper cut into strips
1/2 cup dried bean curd cut into shreds
Salt to taste
2 to 3 T shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine)
2 to 3 T rice wine vinegar (un-seasoned)


Salting the chicken with 3 spoons of cooking wine for 20-30 mins

Heat the fry pan with 10ml olive oil to almost 150 degrees and cook the chicken to medium well, put green pepper and dried bean curd into the pan, sprinkle a bit salt with 2 spoons of vinegar, then cook together over medium-low heat until the chicken is well-done
