Aunt Judy's Creamy Chicken Pasta Salad

Not only a salad, but can be used as a main dinner entre'
Really deliciouus on a hot summer day!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 Cup peeled, diced cucumber
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup buttermilk
3 Tbls. chopped chives
1 Tbls. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. small shaped pasta
1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken
1 Cup grape tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 bunch each: arugula, parsley
Directions
Make the dressing by mixing first eight ingredients together; set aside.
Cook the pasta in salted water, rinse under cold water and transfer to large bowl.
Saute' chicken in olive oil until fully cooked; let cool for 5 minutes and cut into strips.
Chop arugula and parsley, then add to the pasta along with onions and tomotoes.
Add the dressing and toss to coat.
