Ingredients You'll Need
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk (to sour milk add about 1 tsp vinegar to milk)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
2 c. flour
5 T. cocoa
2 eggs
FROSTING
4 T. butter
4 T. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions
1.) In a small saucepan heat the margarine, water, and oil. Bring to a boil.
2.) Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa and add to boiled mixture.
3.) Add the sour milk.
4.) Mix in the eggs and baking soda.
5.) Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes.
6.) Pour in jelly roll pan that has been greased and floured.
7.) Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
8.) For frosting, boil butter, milk, and sugar for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips. Stir and spread on cooled brownies.
