Avocado balls for salad

These are very fun. They don't take much extra effort to make and are very well received by any guests I have served them to.
Ingredients You'll Need
Ripe avocado
Lemon juice
Coating to roll the balls in.
Ground nuts (almonds work best)
Your choice of spices - ideas are :
Nutritional yeast
Smoked paprika
Italian spices
Cumin
Curry powder
Chipotle chili powder
Directions
Cut avocado in half, remove the pit.
Using a melon ball tool, create as many balls as the size of your avocado will permit.
Roll the balls in lemon juice.
Roll in the coating - which is ground nuts mixed with the spices you have chosen.
Serve as an appetizer or on a salad.

Tomato, red onion, spinach massage with a little oil and balsamic vinegar
