Why I Love This Recipe

This actually started out as guacamole that I was going to make to go along with some leftover cooked shrimp. The avocado was so ripe though, that I ended up just blending it with some extras and turning into a thick salad dressing.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 very ripe avocado
1 cup cooked shrimp, diced
1/2 t tabasco garlic sauce
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c mayo
1 T roasted garlic
kosher salt to taste
3 cups shredded cabbage


Cut open and remove avocado, roughly mushing it up.

Add tabasco, sour cream, mayo and roasted garlic - as you mix it will become smooth.

Blend in shrimp.

Layer over top of cabbage and enjoy!
