1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups Organic 2% Milk
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup sugar


Directions

Measure dry with dry, and the wet with the wet. Add the wet to the dry and mix LIGHTLY – just so it’s all incorporated. In a greased pan, bake in a 450-degree oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
