Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

8 ozs spaghetti noodles
1 tbsp dark sesame oil
1 c red bell pepper strips
8 ozs shiitake mushroom caps, sliced
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 cl garlic minced
1/4 c soy sauce
1 c chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sherry
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 c thinly sliced bok choy
3/4 c sliced green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds, divided
1 c dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter
cooking spray


1.Preheat oven to 400º .

2.Cook pasta acording to pkg .

3.Heat oil in a dutch oven over med-high heat.

4.Add bell pepper strips and mushrooms, saute 2 min and add chicken,

ginger, garlic, saute 3 min, stirring frequently.

5.Combine broth and cornstarch, stirring well with a whisk, add broth mixture

to pan and cook 2 min or until mixture is slightly thick, stirring constantly.

6.Remove from heat, stir in sherry, vinegar, crushed red pepper.

7.Add pasta, bok choy, green onions and 2 tsp sesame seeds to pan, tossing

well to combine.

8.Spoon pasta mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray.

9.Combine bread crumbs, butter, and remaining sesame seeds, sprinkle

evenly over pasta mixture.

10.Bake for 20 min or until breadcrubs begin to brown.
