3 lbs meaty pork spareribs, cut into 2 or 3 rib
sections
1-1/2 cups fine chopped onion
3 cloves fine chopped garlic
2 tsp fine chopped ginger
2 cups smoky barbecue sauce
Directions
Place 1/2 of the ribs in slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1/2 the onion,
garlic and ginger. Pour 1 cup of the sauce on top. Repeat layer with
second 1/2 of ribs, onion, garlic, ginger and sauce. Cover and cook on
Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 5 to 6 hours. The ribs come out
all brown with a smoky flavor. There is lots of sauce to spoon over
rice or noodles.
