2c flour
2t baking soda
2c sugar
2t vanilla
1 small can drained *crushed* pineapple
pinch salt
.75c coconut
2t cinnamon
1c chopped walnuts (ew, optional)
2c grated carrot
Directions
Mix all ingredients
bake 30+ minutes at 350
