Bacon Bean Dip

A savory dip that coes down well due to the bacon.
Ingredients You'll Need
2-15 Ounce cans great northern beans, undrained
6 Slices bacon, chopped
1 Large onion, diced
1 Green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 Jalapeño chili, seeded and finely diced
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano
Salt
3 Tablespoons lime juice
3 Green onions thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 Large tomato, diced
Directions
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain fat. In a skillet place drained fat in and fry peppers and onions until soft. Add spices and beans and raise temperature to high until mixture boils. Reduce heat and puree some of the mixture in a blender. Combine with salt and lime juice.
