Bacon Stuffed Cornish Hen

Ingredients You'll Need
4 cornish hens
1 package of bacon
1 package of stuffing mix
Slap Ya Mama seasoning
17 x 12 pan
Directions
Turn on oven to 375 deg F.
Lift up chicken skin and season (any seasoning but Slap Ya Mama will make it spicing).
Stuff inside of chicken half way with stuffing mix.
Pour remaining stuffing mix around chicken on the pan.
Cover top of chicken with bacon.
Place in oven and cook for 1 hour.
After 1 hour of cooking turn oven to broil at 425 deg F to crisp bacon (around 5 minutes).
