Bacon Twists (aka Candy Bacon)

My friend, Cindy, shared this recipe with me when she made them for a wedding shower brunch.

Ingredients You'll Need
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Bacon, cut strips in half (I prefer thick cut bacon for this)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tblsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Assemble all dry ingredients in large zip-lock bag. Toss individual strips in mixture until well coated. Twist bacon strips, and place on foil-lined broiler pan (cutting slits in foil to allow fat drainage). Bake for 40-45 min, or until crispy
