1 pound hamburger
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
BBQ sauce
4 slice bacon cut up and browned
2 slices american cheese
Directions
Mix hamburger with salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl.
Add the BBQ sauce to taste and mix in.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions.
Take one of those portions and divided in half, making each half into a thin patty.
Take one of the patties and place a few pieces of bacon and half a slice of cheese on it (I tear the cheese into smaller pieces so it fits nicely).
Take the other patty and place it on top of the bacon and cheese patty.
Pinch the sides closed.
Continue the steps for the other three portions of hamburger mixture so you have four stuffed burgers.
Cook on a BBQ and serve with your favorite condiments.
