Why I Love This Recipe

After looking up different recipes, I thought I would come up with my own roll-up, so I did, and everyone at our party loved them! They are use to me coming up with different dishes, yet simple to make!

Ingredients You'll Need

4 boneless chicken breast{pounded out to 1/4 inch thick]
6 slices of thick wright peppered bacon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 jalapeno{seeded and chopped}
1 bottle of italian dressing

Directions

After pounding chicken, cut each in half, so that you have 6 pieces!

In a bowl, combine cream cheese and chopped jalapeno!

Spread each chicken breast with mixture.

Lay a slice of bacon down, place chicken on it, and roll up!

Secure with toothpick!

Place the roll-ups in a large bowl, and pour italian dressing over, and place in fridge for up to 3 hours!

Set oven to 325 degrees!

Place the roll-ups on broiler pan, and cook until bacon is crispy, and chicken is done, about 40 minutes.

Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve.

Or if you are taking to a party, slice them, and place on a party tray!

Watch them go!!!!
